About Assisted Residential Retirement of Texas

Assisted Residential Retirement of Texas has four unique assisted living residences in the South Central Texas area to accomodate the needs of seniors and retirees with dignity and comfort in mind. Each residence has a full time manager and a complete staff on site to oversee the needs of it's residents. Also, each residence has a family style dining room with three balanced meals served daily. All of the residences are adjacent to area shopping and professional facilities, and activities, outings and shopping trips are planned for the residents convenience.

220 Harper is a ranch style home, located in the rolling Hill Country of Kerrville, Texas, on two acres. A winding, circular drive leads to the home, which features include a great room with library, grand piano, fireplace and large picture windows looking out on the enclosed courtyard. The open living area leads into the large family style dining area.

801 Gramman is situated in sunny Beeville, Texas, on a large residential lot with a French New Orleans cottage style home. This beautiful home offers a tranquil environment in a quiet neighborhood. The cheerful and elegant front great room leads to another sitting area and library with a grand piano, books, and television. Residents' private apartments feature sunny windows and open styling.

214 Martin of Uvalde, the crossroads to South Texas, is in a ranch style hacienda, on two acres. Extraordinarily lush landscaping is abundant in both the front and back yards and the backyard features a pergola covered sitting area for the warmer months. Inside, there is a large greatroom with a cozy fireplace for socializing and a seperate library area with a large table for bingo and other games as well as sitting areas for quiet reading.

210 Qualls in historic Gonzales, Texas is an early 1900’s cottage style home on two acres. Tall majestic oaks shade the home which is set back from the road in a quiet residential neighborhood. Inside, the unique architecture invites the residents to socialize and relax in the front living area or the den, while the family style dining area is conveniently located close by.
